1. Any cancellation must be done by the customer to mass joinery in writing
  2.  The customer is liable to pay for the material or any work has been done to complete the order at the time of cancellation
  3.  All risk in the ‘goods only’ shall pass to the customer upon completion of the ‘installation ‘work or upon the delivery or collecting for a ‘supply only’ sale
  4.  For the supply only: in case of any cancellation or delay in any installation mass joinery will be entitled to customer expenses

Damage in transit 

Within 24 hours notice to mass joinery the customer may be entitled to replacement of goods if mass joinery is satisfied that the items been damaged during our transportation
